We have a recipe on our website for “lactation boosting cookies”, and because the two key ingredients can be difficult to purchase at the shops (and also the stores have them in HUGE bags) we have pre-packed them into little packets and they are available at our store.
The beauty of this recipe, is that the cookies are yummy! They can be eaten by the whole family, that doesn’t matter but try not to share them! They can be baked, cooled and then frozen. Or you can mix up the cookie dough and freeze that until you are ready to bake them later.
….and… last but not least…. they actually increase your milk production. We’ve had so many happy ladies that swear by this little recipe!
