This week I have locked myself away, so that I can focus and sort through the chaos around me. Finishing off from my trip to China, I have to sort through all my fabric selections and then start washing and testing them; and piecing together my designs for next year! I have tonnes of sketches and samples!! The whole room in this photo above is covered in fabrics!! (should have done a 360° shot!)
It’s the BEST part of my job, and also the worst. Only because I stress myself out about making the right choices, the right colours, the right quantities, forecasting what customers would like to wear next year! And then hoping that customers will like what I’ve made!
