For the first time I actually see light at the end of the tunnel because of the support your site has provided in more ways than one. Caring for Eddie has been great but breastfeeding has been a huge challenge. I remember thinking my degrees mean nothing but if I can only breastfeed with confidence, be pain free and to have a comfortable bra that I am not popping out of would be my greatest achievement… Your la leache bra provided that for me. Breastmates is a fantastic website to purchase from. Not only is there a fantastic range of clothing that is super comfortable and stylish, but the no hassle return policy makes online shopping a breeze! I needed to return a singlet and the process was so easy and quick. The personal and friendly response really made me feel like a valued customer – I would shop at breastmates again without hesitation.
Loved your personalized service Franny; a rarity these days. I also love the returns policy as I feel secure in my purchasing and far more likely to buy. The flat rate for postage is a real bonus as we are rural but our posty drops all parcels with normal post so it’s annoying when we get charged more for rural postage! I have already sent my sister-in-law shopping at breastmates and she too has been really impressed 🙂 Top recommendation from me for sure!!

Initially I set out to buy a new breast pump but once I realised the cost I googled for breast pump parts and your site came up as one of the first. I placed my order and I had the part the next day! Just want to say a huge thanks for your maternity clothing range. With my first pregnancy I was in a work uniform so just made do with what I had for weekends etc, this time I decided I’d get clothes that fit right from the start and they are amazing, everything fitted perfectly (from using the measurements on your site) and it was all at great prices. Three tops, two skirts, two dresses and a pair of shorts later I’m sure my husband thinks I’m well and truly sorted!
We bought this pump after a failed attempt at breastfeeding had left me expressing every 2 hours with a single pump and I was barely getting a chance to clean the pump pieces before having to restart the pumping/feeding via bottle cycle again. I cannot state just how reassuring Franny was to my hubby as he rang and asked a tonne of questions before getting the pump to us within 48hours (from memory -may have been quicker). The pump itself cut my expressing time by 2/3rds and allowed me to continue expressing till my daughter was 4months old – a huge feat due to ongoing health issues. After a breast reduction 5years prior I was unsure if I would even be able to produce milk let alone be able to feed my daughter. Purchasing this pump allowed me to do so and was worth every cent. The service received from Breastmates far exceeded that provided from retail chains and gave us the confidence to make, what at the time felt like, a huge decision to pursue expressing. For anyone contemplating expressing full time for whatever reason I highly recommend this pump. It saves so much precious time just when you really need it 🙂

I’ve been frustrated at having next to no clothes that suit breastfeeding – especially in public. Anyway, after finding hardly any button up shirts that I liked in the shops I searched online for nursing tops. There are plenty of sites that sell them, but I ordered a couple of items from breastmates.co.nzand found the service (ships the same or next day of order) and the quality of the clothes excellent (sizing was bang on too – which I find can be a minefield with online shopping!).
Just want to say what a fantastic experience it has been so far buying through Breastmates. Your service is spot on. So often you’ll buy something and think ‘if only they had done this’ ‘or it would have been really good except’… not with you though!! I started off buying bpa free bottles and natural remedy items etc but have moved onto HOTmilk lingerie now as well and it’s truely beautiful. I bought the portrait of desire nightie, pj nursing top & pants and received the black cami & knicker set. It’s gorgeous and the quality is fantastic. When I contacted Frances about HOTmilk lingerie in my size she was out of stock…it is an unusual size 14G however she contacted the HOTmilk warehouse, discovered that there was one bra left in my size, ordered it and then emailed me to let me know that she had it for me. I have never encountered customer service like it anywhere else. My parcel arrived in Australia in excellent time and was beautifully giftwrapped as well. Thank you so much!

WOW! I was thrilled and surprised to get my order this morning, that is fast service, most appreciated too. I had looked at many other preggy tummy bands and decided yours was definitely the best due to it having cotton content, the others were all polyester (i.e. sweaty). Loved the packaging, I really love ordering from women!
