Oh Baby Magazine – Summer 2013
Oh Baby Magazine recently published their review of this nappy bag. (Nappy Bag Spotted) that we sell here at Breastmates.
This roomy bag has plenty of space for all of baby’s gear, with handy thermal pockets at either end so bottles don’t take up all the space inside. It would be even better if the hot/cold pocket on the inside was removable, especially for parents like myself who aren’t using bottles yet.
How easy is it to find things?
The outer and inner zip pockets are a great size for keys and phone, but not so much for larger wallets like mine. However, there are plenty of loose pockets inside and out for bigger items. The small inner pocket dedicated to holding a dummy is a great idea – for hygiene reasons as
well as for making it easy to find when you need it urgently.
How easy is it to carry around?
Wear it long or wear it short: this bag caters to your preference by offering a long, wide, adjustable-length strap which fits easily over the handle of the buggy. For a more stylish handbag look, you can detach the long strap and use the two short, thin, black handles.
Would you still use this bag after your baby’s out of nappies?
It could most definitely pass as a standard handbag. Its fun polka dot design and classic black and white colour scheme would make it a welcome addition to any girl’s wardrobe. You might just want to unpick the stitching to remove the hot/ cold pocket!
What is your overall impression?
Whether you’re meeting your coffee group at a cafe or popping out for bread, this bag would suit almost any occasion and would be a great nappy bag buy. This roomy bag has plenty of space for all of baby’s gear, with handy thermal pockets at either end so bottles don’t take up all the space inside.
